 During the school year, we offer weekend
leadership gatherings in the spring and fall for youth ages
14-18. These retreats are a place for youth from all over
the Northwest to join with our team of artists, musicians,
naturalists, community leaders and activists for a
high-energy weekend of workshops, performances, community
building and exploring ways to be leaders and community changemakers.
Each year we offer
Hip Hop Hope
in Canada and the USA for youth who want to go deeper into
writing, performing and recording and work as a team to
produce an awesome hip hop CD.

What will happen at a weekend gathering:
- Lots of workshops on creative arts, empowerment and community action
- Cultural dance, creative writing, visual arts, talk poetry, theater improv and more
- Learn about our natural environment and how to do a good job of preserving it
- Conversations with people who are making things happen!
- Time to hang out, have fun, and make new friends
