About the Power of Hope and Inside Out Development LLC

Since 1996 the Power of Hope has been offering arts-centered, intergenerational learning programs for youth and adults from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

The Power of Hope's facilitators are known for their ability to build heart-centered, cohesive learning communities in which both youth and adults thrive. Youth leave Power of Hope transformed and empowered to make positive choices in their lives. Adults gain a renewed sense of hope and commitment to making positive change in the world.

Inside Out Development LLC provides intensive intervention and empowerment programs for at-risk youth in middle schools and high schools.

Inside Out’s programs have been proven to be highly successful in re-engaging youth to school, increasing school success in a variety of areas, and supporting youth in working through the variety of challenges they face at home, in their communities, and in school.

Highpoint Experience provides training programs, coaching and retreats to optimize individual and team development.

Carmen Cook and Michael Hansen co-founded Highpoint Experience in 1995. Together Michael and Carmen offer a powerful assist to teams and learning communities. Using their expertise, insights, and focus, they guide and challenge teams and communities to self-generate a vision for how they want to learn and work together.

The Partnership for Youth Empowerment is an international training organization that supports communities globally in providing arts empowerment programs for their youth.

Founded in 2007 by Power of Hope co-founders Peggy Taylor and Charlie Murphy, PYE partners with communities across the world to provide transformative programs for youth. PYE Global's Creative Community Model combines the expressive arts with motivational learning to develop creativity, personal power, cross-cultural competency and skills for leading purposeful lives.
